The ASSOCIATION FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES - FREE STATE have very generously allowed their offices to be used for the screening of applicants applying for the National Blue Parking Disc. They ARE NOT responsible for ANY decision made by the screening panel, to which all enquiries should be referred. The TRAFFIC DEPARTMENT should be contacted for any traffic fines received.
